Bow-tie: Training Course

TEMA LITOCLEAN S.A., the Group’s Ecuador office was hired to hold a training course on the bow-tie methodology

The training conferences were carried out in Quito in November 2014.

During the training, which was attended by over 40 participants, the most relevant aspects of the bow-tie methodology were developed. This technique enables the routes of risk to be described and analysed in a schematic manner, primarily focusing on the barriers between causes and risk, and risk and its consequences.

The course given included the presentation and resolution of practical cases, and was highly valued by all participants.
